Weightlifters of the Southern Region. Athletes of all ages and levels: youths, teens, young adults, old adults, beginners, intermediate, and elites.

MISSION STATEMENT

We are driven by a single goal; reaching and growing the sport of weightlifting within our communities. We strive to build productive relationships and a positive environment in a safe, inclusive space for all athletes.
